These Terms outline what you can expect when working with us.
1. Services Provided
We provide plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services to residential and commercial customers in Colchester, Essex and surrounding areas.
2. Estimates and Quotes
All quotes are free and provided in writing. Once accepted, any additional work or changes will be discussed and quoted separately. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or card.
Late payments may incur additional charges unless agreed in advance.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
5. Guarantees
We stand by our workmanship and offer a 12-month guarantee on all labour. This does not cover faults caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and appliances we supply or install.
6. Liability
We are fully insured and take care to work safely and respectfully in your home or premises.
We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues unrelated to the work agreed.
7. Complaints
We are committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally. If you’re unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us via phone or email and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
